As your boss I also have the right to fire you for being a whiner.

Free speech is allowed, and posting it is fine. But if you said your boss is a skunk and he takes offense he also has his right to fire you for such statements. You were hired and are paid to further his financial and business goals, so slandering him would and should leave him with the choice of terminating you as well. He has invested his money and energies to advancing his goals and if your not a part of his team then why shouldn't he fire you? It is called consequences for ones actions, your allowed to do what ever you want, but if your hand gets burnt touching the flame who's fault is that?

We've already had to put up with far too many restrictions on our ability to speak our mind on matters. Our ability to elect someone who would genuinely speak and act for those who vote has been usurped by the gangs of controlling political parties. Freedom is but what those bodies allow us. It is noticable that since the rise of the culture of 'management' more and more restrictions have been introduced. We therefore get a 'them and us' situation, this eventually threatens the cohesion of any society. Wilfredo Pareto pointed out that 'Democracy' is a myth. Always, a group will emerge who controls matters in their own interest - not the interest of the majority - which is supposed to be the object of democracy i.e. the wishes of the majority shall preside. Please don't introcudce the myth of the 'parliamentary democracy' their is no such thing, it is only the wishes of the controlling group which dominates. Act in your own interest, don't just voice the opinions of others. They usually have priorities you do not understand.
