um... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofwgk0D first thing... ...bring troop homes... ...end this war... ...take that to the bank This is the same guy now living in the whitehouse, right?

Obama never promised anything about ending the war(s). If he did please link me to the document or video. What he did say was "Iraq was a wrong war", he voted against it and was attacked during the campaign, and would have troops out in X (I cannot remember the time table). Just saw an article the other day discussing the current draw down of US Marines. So it is happening just not as fast as some would like or just to bash him. I was fully aware of his intentions in Afganistan, he stated during the campaign that is where the effort needs to be. Now people are beating him up for the troop increase. He has siad from the beginning this is "The right war." What Obama said or didn't say doesn't matter anymore. Both the left and particularly the right have created parallel universes where Obama said whatever they wish he had said and then attack. Believe me it isn't Obama screwing up the USA but all of the nut jobs who have thrown all reason out the window and get up in the morning believing everything wrong in the world was done by Barack Obama. Crazy!

AW can't remember during the campaign when Obama promised to end the war and bring the troops home? You can take that to the bank? Good Gawd Man, do you NOT have an internet connection? Or are you to busy watching Chris Matthews, Rachel Maddow, and Keith Olberman masterbate on MSNBC. AW, # 1 Fail.

Mike, Promised to end war? Funny, I don't remember that one. It'd be a good trick, though. If he were a better ass-kisser, he'd have been able to deliver on more of his promises. And as for bait and switch, remember "Uniter, not a divider," -G.W. Bush; "Read my lips, no new taxes," -G. Bush; "I am not a crook," -Nixon. Politians will always promise more than they can deliver.

I think he's doing the best he can with what he had to deal with. When you make the colossal failures that the Bush administration did then it leaves insurmountable problems. Example: Spending a trillion dollars to fight a war that we didn't need to fight. When you take a trillion dollars out of our economy and the only result is dead soldiers in coffins sent back, the economy suffers. This and the deregulation that Bush championed just about destroyed our nation.

I disagreed with him when he won but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, he has been a colossal failure. It just goes to show you that when you tell that many lies and you corrupt everything you touch, sooner or later it catches up to you.

Why waste time listening to a pack of lies when you already know he won't do anything he promises. To me he is the Bait and Switch president who promised to end war and then escalated it. I voted for this professional liar but he is just another ass kissing politician who won't do the right thing because others in power might not get rich as fast as they did during the previous administration.
