Recycling Centre, not to processes the recyclable materials into new raw material, but to centralize trash collection and distribute(sell?) recycled materials for use. We need better/more active recycling initiatives campus-wide, even in colleges. the one in MHS was certainly a good start, but it seems like, things have slowed down since then. if we can start the habit of separating our trash, that would be a very good beginning to realizing the goal of "0-trash campus". make it a new policy, have "surat pekeliling" or something. all trash must be separated and recycled whenever possible. those who simply throw trash in coloured bins may get fined. get everyone involved. not just that few people we see in the pictures every day. let's make um a role model for others to follow.
