Exactly. Losing momentum is just too easy. It's tough to say "no" to friends, family, and co-workers offering you food over, and over, and over, and over, without feeling like you've insulted them in some way. Every day is a struggle, and this diet can distance you from many, including those you care about the most. What people must understand is that, renouncing animal products is not an attack on consumers, but a protest against those manufacturing the things that they consume.

Not always is easy to find vegan products, veganism is not so proliferated in my country (Puerto Rico) Vegetarian is by far more easy, but I think is even a little contaminated in the sense that not always vegetarian people use quality products, not even in the vegetarian places. Most of the people who owned vegetarian places are not vegetarian, they just have a bussiness. I try to buy the best quality of products, I eat raw whenever I can, another thing is that being vegan, even vegetarian is kind of expensive. Here, am I think in other places, eating healthy is very expensive. Going out to eat and find quality foods is hard so must of the time I need to prepare my food, take to work. In my workplace, for example, when there are meetings and bring foods, which is not vegan or vegetarian, I have to select the best I can and sometimes that included cheese and that's the moment when I do not stay vegan, and there are not places near that I could go and see what I can find. So, not for everyone is easy to stay vegan, not because we do not want but because of the circumstances around us.
