    I do believe that it was Annie because when Tad was remembering the night, he saw a women running away with a pony tail and also the pants that Annie was wearing were tight legged and that was what was seen in the vision that Tad saw. Come on people, look for the details, be a detective. Now, when will this story end, I'm really getting tired of seeing it going back and forth each week. I know that it is a soap opera, but give us viewers a break and end this nonsense.

    I think Adam did it in a drugged out stupor. Remember Annie telling Emma that she shouldn't tell anyone what she "saw".....not what she did. And just this past week, when Emma approached Adam in the hospital and told him that "we both know Mommy didn't kill Stuart". Annie is protecting Adam so she can get her ticket to freedom.

    I dont understand why Ryan didnt show the drawing Emma did to either Zach or Liza ... Kendall's hair was not in a ponytail that night, didnt the now dead DA ask Tad outright if he saw a woman with curly hair or straight hair ... the drawing that Emma did showed a woman in pants w/her hair in a ponytail ... ANNIE was the only one wearing her hair that way on the night Stuart was killed.

    It seems like AMC's trying to sway our opinions with every viewing, LOL. Erica's been acting suspicious (jumping on the "Annie did it" bandwagon and I think when Kendall said something about killing Stuart Erica said "impossible!". If Madison's the suspect then that gives her character something new. I'm kinda hoping if Emma did it Ryan can say "I'm a failure as a father!" x)

    Emma is the only one who could have done it and allowed all the rest of the characters to remain as is in PV. They can't put a kid in jail. We know Erica's not leaving (is she??) or Adam (maybe?)or Kendall or Zach (maybe??) or Annie or any of the other 20+ people who were there that night.

    My thoughts for some time have been Madison. The picture Emma drew could have been her. It was dark. She wears her hair in a pony tail. Probably Emma couldn't see that well in the dark. She may have thought it was Annie at first, but after a lightning strike realized it wasn't Annie. With Nurse Gayle coming back to town, it could have been her also. She would do anything she thought would get her points with David. I believe she wears her hair in a pony tail sometimes also.

    It was ERICA. Remember Kendall told Erica to wipe the mud off her shoes? Emma's picture showed a woman with long brown hair. Annie, Kendall and Erica all have long brown hair.
